IX. Execution of the order
SELECTAPLAY undertakes to deliver the order within a maximum of 48 hours from the day following the order. The availability of the products offered by SELECTAVISION SLU may vary according to the customers' demand. Although SELECTAVISION SLU periodically updates its stock, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that moment. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum period of 30 days. SELECTAPLAY will be able to give the double option of: supplying to the client without price increase, a product of similar characteristics or of superior quality, or except for justified and demonstrable reasons by SELECTAPLAY within this same period to pay the sums paid for the cancelled order.
X. Right of withdrawal
The buyer will have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product, without penalty and without indicating the reasons. XI. Refunds and reimbursements
SELECTAPLAY will pick up the product.
SELECTAPLAY will bear the cost of the return.
- Refund of payment: The reimbursement of the amounts received by the customer will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer, unless otherwise provided. SELECTAPLAY will pay the amounts paid by the customer within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal.
- Return of defective product: In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to this, are not the result of the customer, the customer will be entitled to return the product, informing SELECTAPLAY of the reason for return through any of the means provided in these conditions of contract, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
SELECTAPLAY undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to return the product for a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

XII. Data protection

Your data will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary to comply with the aforementioned purposes, unless there is a legal obligation to keep them. XIII. Jurisdiction

The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in the Spanish territory. If any dispute arises, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
